For all online purchases, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If the merchandise was returned in-store, the amount will be reimbursed on a gift card. For your convenience, we offer two return methods:

  • In-store: Find a Store near you. Bring the merchandise in its original condition with a proof of purchase (invoice). Exchanges cannot be processed without original receipts.
  • By mail: Follow these four easy steps.
    1. Fill out the form in order to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
    2. When your RMA is approved, you’ll get a confirmation number and a return tag to print by email.
    3. Package the product up in its original condition and don’t forget the proof of purchase (invoice).
    4. Drop off the package at a Canada Post location near you.

Once ARDENE has verified your order, you will receive an email from us. All merchandise sent without an RMA will not be credited or reimbursed. Returns cannot be processed without original receipts.
