Please be advised that any orders placed and use of this web site generally are subject to certain terms and conditions.
We have predominantly designed our website for transactions within theUK. As such we are bound by UK law. We cannot give any warranty for transactions or promotional offers made outside of theUK, that are not bound and upheld by UK law. Unfortunately any transactions or promotional offers not permitted by local law, cannot be offered to you.
Delivery:
We can only deliver to an address as you have entered it and we can accept no responsibility for late or non delivery if said address has been entered incorrectly or incompletely, at such time the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered and risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer.
We cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to postal strikes, transport strikes, flood, drought, civil unrest, legislation and other incidents outside of our control.
The company shall not be liable for any non delivery of goods (even if caused by the companies negligence) unless the buyer gives written notice to the company of the non delivery within 7 days of the date when the goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
Any liability for non delivery of the goods shall be limited to replacing the goods within a reasonable time or refunding in full.
Returns
We will consider that you have cancelled your order if you return any item within a 6 week period. On receipt of said items we will either exchange as required or refund in full (except postage). We will not accept responsibility for goods which fail to each us or where reasonable care has not been taken to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transit.
We will not accept responsibility where care instructions have not been complied with.
Payment
We will only charge your credit card and consider that a contract has been established between ourselves and you the customer once your order has been processed.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the company has received in full all sums due to it in respect of the goods.
No payment shall have been deemed to have been received until the company has received cleared funds.
Price
Any costs or charges incurred by us in relation to the packaging, loading, carriage and insurance of the goods may, at the companies sole discretion, be passed on to the buyer who shall pay such costs or charges at the same time and in the same manner as they pay for the goods.
Force Majeure
We reserve the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the contract if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock out strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s workforce) or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability to delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, provided that if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 30 days, the buyer shall be entitled to give notice in writing to the company to terminate the contract.
