Our products come with the ASHRO® money-back guarantee*. If you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason, simply send the item back to us within 30 days of invoice date for a full* merchandise refund or exchange. Please note, the refund or credit amount does not include the original shipping charges or the return shipping charges.

When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.

Include your order number and reason for return. We recommend keeping the receipt for 4 weeks.

It may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your paper billing statement.

You may also verify your returned item by checking your account status online. You will see a credit for the item in 2-4 weeks after your return has been processed.

*There is a restocking fee on all wigs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and must return your wig for an exchange or refund, you may do so within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include all the original packaging. Returns will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the retail price; this will be deducted from your refund amount. Wigs cannot be returned if they are cut, taped, glued or altered in any way.

*Any CD returned must be unopened and in the original plastic wrap.

I can not believe I was charged almost $30 for shipping and handling and return fee!!!?? Why would you do this to your customers. WEll this has definitely changed my mind for future purchase. You give us the option to use your easy return label for $7.95 well, what are the rest of the charges for then on a return!!! Crazy!!!!
