If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines

  • New Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. During the December Holiday period, the return deadline is extended to January 30th.

  • Returns made without an authorization will delay processing and will be subject to a 15% handling charge

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging

  • Refunds will not be issued for returned items that have been fully/partially installed or used.

  • There are no returns on custom or personalized products*

  • Shipping fees are ONLY refundable if the return is due to Auto Barn’s error or manufacturer defect AND the item(s) is being exchanged for a replacement.

  • If an item arrives in unacceptable condition as a result of damage in transit or a manufacturer defect, request a return authorization and we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once we’ve verified the condition of the product, we’ll ship you a replacement. If the returned product is not defective or a replacement is not accepted, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Select products may be subject to a restocking charge and will be clearly noted on product page.

  • For your protection, we recommend that you wrap the item(s) securely and use UPS, Fedex or USPS with delivery confirmation. Be sure to put the RGA# on the outer carton.

*Custom products include but are not limited to: custom car covers, custom seat covers, custom floor mats, Vizualogic headrest video systems, custom dash covers, plus any custom painted, monogrammed or personalized items.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

  • After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, or Check).

  • AutoBarn.com will not reimburse any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions
