Babyshop Return Policy
If you’d like to return the delivered goods, you have to return the articles 14 days after the delivery of the order.
Please let us know that you want to return the goods in advance, preferably by e-mail.
The goods must not be damaged, soiled or used. After receipt of the return, we will process these as soon as possible in order to make a credit memo. An exchange is also possible, we can discuss this by e-mail or telephone. The 14-day right of revocation (click) is neither affected nor restricted.
Please pack the goods in the original product packaging so that it is well protected against transport damage. Please also use an outer carton to protect the original packaging. (It is best to return the goods to us as you received them from us.)

Complaint
If the goods are damaged due to material or manufacturing errors, you can of course claim them after the return period. Please contact us in advance via e-mail. Please pay attention to a detailed description of the error and a copy of the invoice.
