What is the Beauty.com return policy?
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
All Beauty.com purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from Beauty.com, you may return it within 30 days of the date it was delivered and receive a refund or in-store credit.
Certain items can only be returned for refund or credit if they are unworn, are in original packaging, and have any original tags still attached. This includes:
- Jewelry
- Purses
- Intimate apparel
When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are in good condition, and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
We provide a prepaid shipping label for most returns (see below for details). However, original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item or the order was damaged in transit).
drugstore.com Returns
Beauty.com and drugstore.com items can be placed in the same order, but drugstore.com has its own return policy and return shipping label. If you are returning items purchased from drugstore.com, please review to confirm that the items are eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting us immediately; click here to send us an email. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected items, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement. We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Please do not discard any items unless we direct you to do so.
Special Offers & Promotions
If you choose to return part of an order, you may no longer qualify for all special offers associated with your purchase. For example, if you received a free gift with purchase you may be required to return the gift in order to receive full credit for your return.
Return Shipping and Processing
Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit. If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged. Padded envelopes are not an effective way to protect your return shipment, as items may be crushed during transit.
We will provide a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label for all Beauty.com returns. Click here to print your label. This pre-paid return label is for the United States Postal Service (USPS) only, and cannot be used with any other shipping carriers.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 30 days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
