Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with something you buy from, you have 30 days to return it by mail.

We’ll refund your purchase if you:

  • Return the item in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Include the packing slip with the reason for return section completed.
  • Return the item within 30 days of the shipment date.

Refunds exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake), gift wrap, and other service charges. We will credit your account once we have acknowledged receipt of your returned item. Also, returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

Rare Exceptions

Unfortunately, these types of items aren’t returnable unless we made a mistake in your order or in shipping. In that case, please call us at 1-877-806-3200.

  • Autographed books
  • Customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened fertilizer, pesticides, pastes, and soils

Return by mail

Each of the steps below must be followed in order for to provide you with a satisfactory experience.

  • Include the original paperwork, parts, and accessories
  • Include the reason for your return on the original packing slip, and put it in the package
  • Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
  • Please don’t send C.O.D. As much as we’d like to, we can’t accept it.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving the item(s). You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or our error.
