Brick Harbor Return Policy
- Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected your items and confirms that they are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered at our warehouse for your return to be processed.
- Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.
Return Authorization
- All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice. Please check the reason for return in the appropriate box which can be located at the bottom of the invoice. To process your return and receive an RA number, please visit ourreturns page. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.
- You have 14 days upon receipt to set up your RA for a refund.
- You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
- Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Karmaloop will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
- Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RA being generated.
- There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RA number.
- There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned to our corporate offices in Boston instead of our Warehouse in Kentucky.
Sale Items
- Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description.
- No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit.
Electronics
- Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
Shipping and Handling
- Shipping & handling is non refundable for returns.
Gift Certificates
- Gift Certificates are not refundable.
Price Adjustment Policy
Brick Harbor offers a one time price adjustment for orders within 14 days of their purchase date for Store Credit. Please note that price adjustments cannot be made on warehouse sale items or final sale items.
Shoe Return Policy
We accept returns for shoes that are defective and/or unworn as long as the RA is set up within 30 days of the original purchase. To receive a refund for your shoes, the RA must be set up within 14 days of purchase, anything after will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. Please note that Brick Harbor is not responsible for returning the shoes to you in this case. This will be determined by the Brick Harbor staff.
A separate box shouldmust be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.
Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.
Swimsuit Policy
Brick Harbor does not accept returns on swimsuits.
Underwear Policy
Brick Harbor does not accept returns on underwear and intimates.
Toy and Hard Good Return Policy
We do not accept returns for toys and hard goods on non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different toy or hard good item. If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we’ll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item. You must contact us within THREE (3) DAYS from the date of receipt.
ORM-D & Beauty Product Return Policy
We do not accept returns on ORM-D or beauty products (make-up, cologne, perfume, etc.) for non-defective merchandise. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different ORM-D or beauty product item. If your merchandise has a significant defect, we’ll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item after the item is inspected by our warehouse to ensure that it was a vendor defect. You must contact us within THREE (3) DAYS from the date of receipt.
