Most orders are despatched within 1 working day of receipt, using the Post Office or DPD. However, any orders by cheque payment can take a little longer as all cheques must be cleared through the bank before despatch for security reasons. If an item is out of stock there may be a delay, however, we will endeavour to notify you.

You can choose to receive your order at home, at work or as a gift to someone else and there is now the opportunity to upgrade your delivery method to Express Delivery which aims to deliver in 2 to 3 days. Orders by this express service must be placed before noon (12:00hrs) for this service to be realised.

Then return it with your goods (unworn) to be with us within 10 days from the date on your invoice for a full refund or FREE exchange (mainland UK customers only) as required to the following address:

Sorry but we are unable to refund postage and packaging and return postage as these are both direct costs. Also if any free delivery eligible products are cancelled or returned we reserve the right to subsequently charge the relevant standard outgoing postage and packaging cost as it is a direct cost.

Please obtain a “Proof Of Posting” certificate from your post office when returning goods as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. For peace of mind you may wish to use a recorded service.
