Bunnyberry.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order doesn’t meet with your expectations for any reason, contact us for a return authorization – see form below. For returned items, we are happy to give you a store credit immediately upon receipt of goods. Or, you can request a credit card refund (issued by our accounting firm) which takes up to (30) days to appear on your statement. For returns, just repack it, send it back to us with the proper paperwork.

Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost applies to returned items not being exchanged for store credit. We are unable to accept returns of custom-made or personalized items or items in the sale/clearance aisles. You have (30) days from the day of delivery to return the item. It must be unused, in saleable condition, in its original packaging with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, we ask that you contact us by email using this form.

  • The item must be returned that allows us to offer it for sale (in an unused condition) with its original packaging and tags intact.
  • If your purchase includes a promotional gift (an extra crib sheet, for example), the gift must be returned along with your original purchase. Otherwise, we’ll apply the cost of the gift and our shipping cost to your refund.
  • We do not assume responsibility for damages that may occur during return shipment. So please make sure you use adequate packaging, and we recommend that you insure the package for your own protection.
  • Concerning furniture; Bunnyberry will not be able to place a claim or work with a customer to replace a damaged item, if the damage is not noted at time of delivery. Customers should retain all packaging until the order has been fully inspected. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to notify us of any claims for damage within 7 days; otherwise, Bunnyberry will be unable to assist with a claim. Failure to do so will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the products. Also, furniture delivery is CURBSIDE only, unless otherwise stated. If requested alternate/additional delivery options are available, but you must request them before your order is shipped (additional charges might apply). If you have any questions, you can always call us.
  • Shipping charges on returns are not refundable. Here’s an example. Let’s say you purchased one of our diaper bags and, as part of your order, we shipped the bag for free (in other words, we absorbed the freight cost going out). After the bag arrives and, for whatever reason, you decide to return it. No problem. Bunnyberry will issue you a full credit less the 15% restocking fee and our original shipping cost.
  • Any credits or refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase.
  • We do not issue cash refunds.Exchanges
    Exchanges are handled the same as returns. A store credit will be provided to you once we receive the original item in good condition. In-stock merchandise will ship immediately. Use your store credit to purchase new merchandise at that time. It’s as easy as that.

    Customized or Personalized Product Returns
    We are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items. However, if you have a problem with any personalized or custom-made item, please contact bunnycare@bunnyburybaby.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

    Gift Returns
    If you received the item as a gift, we will happily replace the item or issue a Gift Certificate equal to the full value of the gift item less restocking fee and shipping charges.

    Cancellations
    All canceled orders can receive store credit immediately or you can request a credit card refund (issued by our accounting firm) which takes up to (30) days to appear on your statement.
