If an item needs to be returned please contact customerservice@acandystore.com within 5 days of receipt. (Receipt date determined by UPS Delivery Confirmation). We do accept returns as long as the product packaging is unopened. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our returns department.

Some items cannot be returned. There are certain items and circumstances in which we do not permit candy returns. Please be sure to check each item before ordering to see that there are no returns restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse a return at all times.
