Car Toys Return Policy
All eligible products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to certain restrictions detailed below. Simply choose your method of return with item in new, complete and original condition with receipt. We reserve the right to determine whether or how to process a return.
In-Store Purchases
Pack up the item in brand new condition, complete with all contents and product packaging.
We may include a deduction on refunds for incomplete returns.
Gather your receipt, or if unavailable we will attempt to locate your purchase in our system.
Return your item to any Car Toys retail location.
Online Purchases
Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) BEFORE returning any items to ensure a proper refund or credit.
Pack up the item in brand new condition, complete with all contents and product packaging.
We may include a deduction on refunds for incomplete returns.
Purchase postage and obtain a return shipping label. Make sure to cover over or cross out the original label.
We recommend that you get a tracking number for proof of delivery.Visit USPS or UPS for more information.

Non-Eligible Products
- Special Orders (non-stocked merchandise)
- Labor, delivery, or installation services and fees
- Insurance Replacement merchandise (including replacement dashes/bezels, ashtrays, armrests, glass repair, etc.)
- Gift Cards/Promotional Cards
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Incomplete items may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee
- Cut wire(s)
Important Considerations
Refund Details
- All refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Cash refunds over $150.00 will be issued in the form of a check within 14 business days. Refunds to credit/debits cards can only be issued to the same card used for the original purchase. Financed/Lease to own credits will be posted to the finance/lease to own company to be refunded within 7 to 10 days based on the status of your account.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% or more may be charged for merchandise returned without original packing materials, boxes & parts.
- Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Deposits for special orders that Car Toys is unable to cancel are not refundable.
- No cash will be issued for purchases made with a Car Toys Gift Card, promotional card or warranty redemption card. A store credit will be issued which is redeemable up to 90 days after issue. Store Credit may be used toward any merchandise or services at Car Toys.
Shipping Costs
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including a $15.00 fee for FREE shipped returned items. If the initial cost of shipping is greater than the fee, then the buyer would be assessed the full charge if an item is shipped and the buyer refuses delivery or it is deemed undeliverable, the full shipping cost will be taken out of the refund.
- Wireless phone customers should refer to their carrier service agreement and Car Toys secondary agreement concerning refunds, credit, and cancellation fees.
- When returning a mobile phone or device with a plan, you are responsible for ensuring that your service is cancelled with the carrier. If you don’t cancel your service, you may incur additional charges from your carrier. All carrier charges are your responsibility.
On-line Orders/Pick Up in Stores
- All orders are held for 5 days without special arrangement. Orders without special arrangement that are not picked up will be cancelled. Please contact your local Car Toys if additional days are needed.
