Create a return label online
- Find your order and create a return
- You pay nothing up-front.
- $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
- No restocking charge applies if returned within 30 days ($10.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher, after 30 days)

Complete the return form on the back of your invoice, and include it with your shipment to:

- All returns must be prepaid.
- Freight collect packages will be refused.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- A refund back to the original payment method used will be issued upon receipt.
- Keep a copy of your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Return to our store
- Returns for refunds or exchanges can be accepted at the Chaparral Motorsports retail store.
- Refund takes 3-5 days to process.
- Bring the original invoice included in your shipment.

- Find the order that you would like to return.
- Choose which item you are returning, select the “Why are you returning this” option, add comments, and click continue
- Answer the question regarding how you want your refund, click continue

Please allow 2-3 business days processing time for returns to clear our warehouse.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee not to exceed $25. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To return using eBay’s return system, you may purchase a label from eBay
To return an item on eBay, go to My eBay from the top of any screen, and select Purchase history. Under the order you wish to return, select More Actions and Return this item. Follow the prompts to initiate the return.
