If cancellation of certain reservations are requested less than 24 hours from the time of purchase and meets all the requirements below, CheapCaribbean.com will offer you the option of a refund to the original form of payment or retain a credit to be used towards a future purchase.
- Only reservations that qualify for the Deposit Program will be refundable within the first 24 hours of purchase. ‘Non-Refundable’ and ‘Deal of the Day’ rooms do not qualify.
- Reservations scheduled to travel over US or destination holidays will not qualify.
- Reservations made within cut-off or resorts with strict cancellation policies are not eligible.
- Non-Airline Reporting Carriers, such as SunWing Airlines, Spirit Airlines, and Frontier Airlines do not qualify for this offer.
