Easy Returns

Option One- Locate your order and print an Easy Return label.

To print a return label, please use one of the two methods below.

 

Don’t Have Your Order Number?

If you registered online before placing an order, you can check your entire order history online. Just click the Order Status button below and log in to your account to view and track all of your previous orders.

Enter your order number and last name below to locate your order and print your Easy Return Label.

Once you’ve found the order with the item that you wish to return, simply select the order number to view your order details and select the “Request Return Label” button. You will then receive an email to your registered email address that contains the Easy Return label.

Option Two – Call Customer Service at 620-584-8000 to receive an Easy Return label.

Using an Easy Return label:

  • Follow easy directions as provided with label.
  • Drop off your return at a UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, Post Office, Mail Box or give the package to your postal carrier.
  • You can track your return at www.collectionsetc.com.
  • There’s no up-front charge, a $7.99 charge will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

  • The Easy Return label cannot be used for returns outside the contiguous 48 states.

Option Three – Choose your own carrier

  • Address the package to: Returns Processing 4800 Proviso Drive Melrose Park, IL 60163-1301
  • We recommend that you insure the return as Collections Etc. is not responsible for the return until it is received at the warehouse.

Packaging Your Return:

Please use the original packaging and remove or completely cover original shipping label. If this is not possible, please use a quality bag or carton. Seal the package with sturdy tape.

If a Wrong or Damaged Item was Received

Exchanging Items

  • Fill out Exchange Request form on the back of your invoice along with the Return Copy
  • Choose option one or two to return your package
  • If the included Return Label is used, additional funds must be included to cover the cost of the return postage; if additional funds are not included, only a refund will be issued

i was going to return 2 items and the way the reviews are, sounds like it is a rip. i guess I will eat the cost of this stuff and tell you people to not send me anymore books or emails. WHY do we have to pay postage to send back items that don't fit or don't want? then to pay more than the item cost. would be nice to get a straight answer.

Your return policy is a rip off.

I needed to return two items, one wrong color and the size was too big. It says free returns, BS, I will not order again because I am a big orderer and they will not pay for return. No right.
