Our “REST -EASY” Guarantee

If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 90 days of receipt (excluding delivery and service charges). After 90 days, no return will be accepted, with the exception of Lifetime Guarantee. All of The Company Store® product are made to the highest quality standards.

Note: Depending on the method you use to return your package, please allow up to 14 calendar days from the day you returned your package for your return to be processed and your account credited.

Custom Upholstery Return Policy

Because of their custom nature, headboards, complete beds, slipcovers, benches and settees cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective. To ensure you are choosing the right fabric, we recommend you order swatch materials before placing your order.

What happens if I am returning merchandise purchased with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card?

If you are returning merchandise purchased with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, the amount of the merchandise credit will be placed on a new plastic Gift Card.

If I return an item purchased with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card, can you credit my credit card instead?

No. All returns are credited in the original form of payment.

How will I receive my refund if my purchase was made with a Gift Card and credit card?

If you purchased an item using your Gift Card and credit card together, the amount you paid with your Gift Card will be put back onto a Gift Card. Any additional monies paid by a credit card will be refunded to your credit card.
