- Can I return an item?
Yes. At COSME-DE.COM, we aim at providing the best service and quality products to our customers. That is why we have a 100% 30-day money back guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reasons, you purchase any of our products that is not pleasing to you, you may return them for a full 100% money back guarantee.You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase (counting from the dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email). Please contact COSME-DE.COM for the return order number and procedures before sending. We respectfully request that you include the delivery note with the return for our record.All products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return, COSME-DE.COM reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:- any opened or broken products
- any promotion and best value items
- Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
- after 30 days from the shipping date
The refund will only be credited to the account used for the original purchase, and we will not bear the cost of the return shipping.

Please note that we will not bear the return shipping cost. - What do I do if the item is damaged when I receive it?
We double-check all orders before we ship them, but it might get damaged during the shipping process. If this happens, you can return the product with the delivery note back to us, please contact COSME-DE.COMfor the return order number and procedures before sending. We will then make a refund to the account used for the original purchase.
The refund will only be credited to the account used for the original purchase, and we will not bear the cost of the return shipping.
Non-Returnable item

Damaged item
We double-check all orders before we ship them, but it might still get damaged during the shipping process. In this happens, you can return the product with the original delivery note back to us, please contact COSME-DE.COM for the return order number and procedures before sending. After checking, we will make a refund to your purchased account. Should you prefer product replacement to refund, please let us know when you contact COSME-DE.COM, if there is stock available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
Receiving wrong item
We double-check all orders before we ship them, but if we still make a mistake and send you a wrong item, you can return it to us with the original delivery note and we will send the right one back to you. Please keep the return product in a re-saleable condition. Before sending, please contact COSME-DE.COM with your order number for the return order number and procedures.
If you prefer refund to exchanging of product, we will credit the product price to the account used for the original purchase. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Please contact COSME-DE.COM with the indication of preference for refund.
Refund policy
All refund products will need to be unopened. Please see Returns and Exchanges section for more details. Usually it takes up to four weeks for your refund to be processed and it will be credited to the original payment account.
For cash-on delivery, refunds are sent in the form of an online redeemable cash coupon (A promotion code will be given by COSME-DE.COM to settle your next order with exact amount). The handling fee paid for Cash on Delivery service is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of any disputes, COSME-DE.COM reserves the right to make the final decision.
Undeliverable package
When we received orders returned to us with incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or reship.
Reship:
Registered Airmail
If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, we will resend the products charging 15% of the product price/total order amount as shipping charge.
Expedited Shipping
If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, we will resend the products charging 15% of the product price + expedited shipping cost (USD7.00 – USD25.00, for details please check here) as shipping charge.
Refund:
A 25% restocking fee of the total product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund. We are sorry that refund would not be possible if the parcel is not returned to us by the customs department.
