Your satisfaction is very important to us. If at any time you’re not 100% delighted with an item you order from us, just send it back for an exchange or refund of the merchandise amount. Our Upholstery Furniture Collection may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly either:

- Credit your account
- Send a replacement

When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.
Include your order number and reason for return. We recommend keeping the receipt for 4 weeks.
It may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your paper billing statement.
You may also verify your returned item by checking your account status online. You will see a credit for the item in 2-4 weeks after your return has been processed.

I have bought many items from Country Door. I especially like their quilts/bedspreads. Quality had always been good and I have been pleased. Never returned anything until recent one which I did not like at all. Found out it is almost impossible to do. There is not Return Shipping Label included and you are directed to online. It cannot be found on line. You can chat with someone if you join something that costs $5. Dont do that. You can finally get a Return Authorization Number (which it seems you must have to return an item.) Finally you can telephone, hold a while and finally get transferred to someone else. "I need to know how to print off a Return Shipping Label". Answer from the nice lady indicates you can't find one online, but you can write out your own. Good luck. I am disappointed and angry because I really liked this company.
Never in my experiences with returning items bought from a company have I had as many issues as what I have had with this company. Never have I had to pay for the return of a item. Was told to go on line for instructions on how to return the item, they never followed through and emailed me what I was told I needed to return the items.
The following week I called the customer service dept. and was told I needed to pay for the return and that they would send me an e-mail with instructions. Again I never received the email. The women I spoke to did however gave me the address to mail the return to. I sure hope this goes through. I don't think I will ever order from this company again.
I received wrong item and requested MRA but your company does not send or e-mail said label. Paid $74.90 and was only told I would get 49.99 refunded back plus I had to pay shipping and insurance costs. The poorest return system I have ever encountered. Will never purchase from your company again.
My last order was terrible, it was poor quality I can’t even use it, I didn’t get a return slip with so I called them told them I wanted to return it, they told me they would send one with in 7 days, it’s been about 6 weeks, my third call , they said it would be here with in a week, but also I only had 60 days to return it, so now I feel like they giving me the runaround so that the return will run out, they did offer to let me keep it and knock 10 percent off, why would you want to keep something you can’t use! Sooo disappointed ☹️
No where on this website does it state the buyer pays for return shipping. Had I known I would be charged $8 to return 2 shams I would have used a flat rate envelope and saved myself $5. This is something that buyers need to be aware of BEFORE purchasing merchandise through this company.
This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made. For the price of this item (that is made in China) is it absolutely ridiculous. It has cheap materials and when assembled it stood crooked. Actually took apart and reassembled it was still standing crooked. I want a full refund to my account, since I have to pay to send it back to you.
