Creative Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery (14 days for Refurbished products) for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging:

• If you have an account with the Creative Store at the time of your purchase, you may lodge a report via Order History by clicking on “Return Product”. You will be required to sign in to your account.
• If you do not have an account with the Creative Store, please contact us for assistance. We will require your order number, and the email address used to complete the purchase.

After contacting us, our Customer Service Team will guide you through the process and supply you with a return mailing label.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you by email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

For refunds that are not due to product defects, only the product price will be refunded. We are unable to provide return mailing labels and refunds for shipping costs.

Exchanges

For faulty item within 30 days of purchase:

• If you have an account with the Creative Store at the time of your purchase, you may lodge a report via Order History by clicking on “Technical Assistance”. You will be required to sign in to your account.
• If you do not have an account with the Creative Store, please contact us for assistance.

After contacting us, our Customer Service Team will guide you through the process and supply you with a return mailing label. You must ship your exchange item within 30 days of this request. Upon receipt of the exchange item, we will ship you your new unit.
