CUPSHE Return Policy

I.Exchange

It is possible for you to ship the item(s) within 21 days of receipt and we are going to exchange the item(s) for you when accepted.

II. Return and Refund

You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund if you do not want to opt for Exchange. A partial or full refund will be presented upon acceptance. The refunds range from 60% to 100% of the item’s cost.

III. Return Policy 

1. Items should be returned within 21 days of receipt.
2. Items should not be worn out nor washed and the label should be attached.
3. We accept returns based on inappropriate size, inferior quality and shade of color. Pictures of the product are just for your reference. If there is inconsistency between the image and the actual product, the actual product will prevail.
4. Attention: Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

Ⅳ.Shipping Fee

CUPSHE is not liable for shipping fee under the following:

• Size doesn’t fit
• Customer just dislikes the item

Ⅴ. Package Returned

1. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.
2. Please send the package back by mail, rather than express. We advise all returns to be made with a traceable carrier.

Ⅵ. Refunds

1. Order cancellation and refund is just accepted within two hours following verification of order.
2. Exchanges and returns will be processed in 2-4 business days.
3. In most cases, refunds will be offered to the same credit card or PayPal account utilized for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days before the credit appears on your credit card statement (PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately).
