If you purchase a new product directly from Das Keyboard and are not entirely satisfied, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Date of purchase and proof of purchase are required. This does not apply to refurbished products. Please contact our support helpdesk for return instructions before sending any product back. Any product returned to us without prior authorization from Das Keyboard support will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and we will not ship the product back to you. For payments done via Bitpay, the refund will be done in USD for the amount of the product(s) purchased based on list price on our website.
