NON-PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS – Unconditional 100% Satisfaction

We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied, you may send your NON-PERSONALIZED purchase back for a refund or store credit for the price paid for the merchandise (minus what you paid for shipping), or you may exchange it for another item in our catalog that is more to your liking.  We do not charge any restocking fees.

We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If merchandise is returned in “as-new” condition within 30 days of purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s). If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Decade Awards gift certificate. All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Decade Awards. Please contact us at 1-866-472-0321 or sales@decadeawards.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

ALL PERSONALIZED items CANNOT be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Errors and Defects

In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your personalized order or a personalized product is defective, please call us immediately at 1-866-472-0321 or email us at sales@decadeawards.com, so that we can make it right! In cases of defective merchandise or incorrect personalization, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer or expedited from our factory, so it’s important that you contact us first before returning anything.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at sales@DeCadeAwards.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are often not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.

During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order. If we miss our guarantee we will refund your shipping fees after we confirm that your package has not arrived on time. Thank you for understanding.
