Designs By Lolita Return Policy
At The Lolita Store, we stand behind the quality of our products and believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Should you receive a product that you would like to return, our experienced customer service staff is just a phone call away and will guide you through our easy return policy.
Please note: All Lolita Products must be returned/exchanged through the original location of purchase, and cannot be accepted at The Lolita Store unless purchased from The Lolita Store.
Sale or Clearance items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We will accept merchandise returns of non-sale items within 30 days of customer receipt. Products must be in the original box and in new condition. The return postage/shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
The Lolita Store fully insures all merchandise being shipped. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at (800) 453-1072 within three (3) business days. You must save all packing materials in the event the carrier requires an inspection of those materials before providing reimbursement.
Pending proof of purchase, and the nature of the return/exchange, an appropriate credit or refund will be issued through our return process.
Return Process:
Step 1- Get a Return Authorization Number
To begin the return/exchange process, please call (401)305-5841 Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST. One of our trained customer service representatives will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Step 2- Properly package and insure the product to be returned
Package the item in a suitable box, and include all the original packing materials along with the original invoice. Please write your return authorization number on the outside of the box, and make sure to insure the package for the full value of the product. The Lolita Store is not responsible for items damaged during the return process.
