Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

If you need to return an item, simply click here and fallow the instruction. We’ll notify you within 1-2 business days via e-mail of your RMA once we’ve received and processed the returned item. We will not accept any return package without a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days in which it must be returned to our facility by. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. You must contact the manufacturer if you do not return the item within this time period. All RMA returns for credit must be requested within 30 calendar days. A minimum 15% restocking fee plus and any shipping and handling fees (i.e. free shipping offer) associated with your order will be subtracted from your credit under certain conditions such as non-defective items.
There are absolutely no refunds on shipping. All claims for shipping damage must be presented to the shipping carrier immediately.
We encourage you to contact the manufacturer for tech support or to resolve any issues you may have with your product before requesting a return for defective products.

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared (Express Next Day, 2nd Day and Saver will be accepted same day until 4PM CT). We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes. FREE Shipping when appliciple is ONLY available to the contiguous 48 US States
Packages will be shipped either by USPS, UPS or FedEx, We will decide which courier service to use depending on the packages weight and value.
