Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) in new and unused condition with all papers, labels/tags, cases and all original packaging in their original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to a refund. In case of an exchange, we will apply the original purchase amount less shipping and handling toward your new purchase.
Please note that new and unused condition means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case. We sell only brand new items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

In the case of an exchange, we will apply the original purchase amount (not including) shipping and handling charges toward your new purchase of equal or greater value. To exchange your item for a different item, you will need to properly fill out the Exchange form.
1. Log back on to www.FastSunglass.com.
2. Navigate to the item that you would like to receive.
3. Specify the new item that you would like by writing the item number and size (if applicable) on the return/exchange form.
