Flexible Moulding Concepts Return Policy
Custom profiles or Radius pieces cannot be returned. Orders for non-stock items or lengths can not be returned. All returns are subject to prior approval and must be authorized in advance by Flexible Moulding Concepts®. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. All returned merchandise must be in new, resellable condition, returned Freight prepaid and subject to a 25% restocking charge.
The following are considered “stock items” and can be returned within 30 days for a restocking fee.

All Columns, Capitals, and Bases that have been ordered non-modified, may be returned within 30 days for a 25% restocking fee.
