We want you to love your new accessory additions. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days. At this time we only offer exchanges for the exact item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. You may use the shipper of your choice but please make sure to add tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost and damaged packages.
You will receive an email notification from Fresh Finishes 4 U™ when we receive and process your return. Note: please allow up to 20 days for your return to be processed.
Share & Score® dollars are not refundable and have no cash value. Any Share & Score® dollars redeemed will be credited to your account to be used within 14 days or will be forfeited. Any gifts sent gratis not returned will be adjusted against your return before credit is made.
Shipping Information
All USA orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping. For orders under $100, a $5.95 shipping fee is automatically added at checkout. For shipping to Canada, a $13.95 shipping fee is added. You are not able to use Share & Score® dollars for taxes or delivery costs. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.
We pride ourselves in FAST shipping. Following payment, your orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a notification with your tracking number when your package has left our warehouse. You can check the status of your delivery by logging on to the USPS website at usps.com and entering your tracking number.
We use the United States Postal Service for delivery. Delivery time varies but most orders shipped in the USA arrive within 2-6 business days. For Canadian orders, average shipping time is 4-10 days. Canadian orders go through customs and we mark “merchandise” on the customs form. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes due at delivery.
Taxes
Sales tax will be collected for all orders shipping to Ohio.
