When you buy from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, please contact customer care, within 30 days of your purchase, at 877-989-6321 or customerservice@gaiam.com so that we can make it right. If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, please call or email us to request a free return shipping label.

All purchases made directly on Gaiam.com are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and do not apply to purchases made through other retailers, such as Amazon or Target. We recommend that you contact the retailers directly for return instructions.

Instructions to Return Items purchased on Gaiam.com:

Step 1

Fill out the return info on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Download a copy of the return form.

Want to exchange it for the same or a different product? Let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

Step 2

Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or any other traceable method. We encourage you to insure your package.

***Since our warehouse has moved, please do NOT use any prepaid return labels included in your shipment. Please contact customer service with any questions or concerns.

 

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We’ll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.

  • Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the original form of payment for online and phone purchases. Credit card refunds should appear within 5 to 10 business days on your online statement after they are processed.
  • Any returns after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted.
