GoldenMine Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to exchange or return an item for a full refund, please follow our procedures below.
All Returns and Exchanges are handled over the phone with our Returns & Exchanges Department or Via Email. All packages returned to GoldenMine must have a visible RMA# (Return Material Authorization) on the package before its shipped to us. RMA# are only given to orders that fall within our 30 day Return/Exchange Policy. Any items returned that’s past our 30 day Return Policy or without a visible RMA number will be refused and not processed. Its important to process your Return and Exchange correctly and promptly, so please contact us at

Please be sure to include :
1. The name the order was under
2. Order Number

Our Returns/Exchanges Department will get back to you with RMA instructions emailed to the address provided with your order.
All returns must not exhibit signs of excessive wear or mistreatment to be acceptable for a refund or an exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than GoldenMine will not be accepted. Special/Custom orders which include engraved items or custom sizes are non-returnable, non-refundable, Some custom brand named manufactured items such as Dora may have a 25% restocking fee, which is written in BOLD in the item description
For security reasons, do not write GoldenMine.com, or other Jewelry-related words on your return/exchange package and also not to disclose the contents when insuring the package. GoldenMine is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs with items that are shipped back to us to be processed as a return or exchange. We highly recommend you insure your package.
If your item is INCORRECT or DAMAGED, we will refund up to $8 for the shipping back cost.
Please note that exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the original purchase only. An exchange does not extend an additional 30 day return policy.
