If you’re not 100% satisfied or there is a problem with any product ordered from grabgreenhome.com, we will happily exchange or refund your money on products within 30 days of your order.
Give us a call on (888) 841-4722 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time, or drop us a line on the Contact Us page, provide us your order number and let us know if you prefer an exchange or refund. We will promptly make the exchange or refund your money.
For items purchased at stores, please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund policy.
All sales are final on limited edition or discontinued items.
