FREE RETURNS & EASY EXCHANGES!
In the first 30 days, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
The FULL AMOUNT PAID for your item INCLUDING SHIPPING will be credited toward your new item. There is no cost to you to return the original item.
Store Credit
The FULL AMOUNT PAID for your item INCLUDING SHIPPING will be applied as a store credit to your Great Big Canvas accuont. There is no cost to you to return the original item.
Refunds
For refunds, the FULL AMOUNT PAID for your item will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable. There is no shipping cost to return the original item.
After 30 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 1 year.
Color Differences-Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer screen may be slightly different than the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
