Happy Feet Plus has a Return & Exchange Policy with the following guidelines.

  • Product must be in NEW (unworn) condition
  • Product must be in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED box
  • Product must be returned within 90 DAYS from shipping date
  • Return postage is the sole responsibility of the consumer
  • Place item(s) to be returned in a SHIPPING CONTAINER
  • SHIPPING CHARGES are not refundable
  • Send to:Happy Feet Plus
    Returns Department

Any situation outside of these guidelines must be pre-approved by calling Customer Service at  1-800-336-6657.

NOTE: Include a copy of your original receipt and complete the Return & Exchange form. Refunds will be applied back to the original credit card. For Exchanges, you must include credit card information. (To ensure compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) HFP does not retain retrievable credit card data.)

All Exchanges will first be refunded then recharged as a new order. Government regulations prohibit us from retaining credit card information, so please be sure to include the credit card number on the Return & Exchange form.

If you have DefectiveDamaged or Incorrect Merchandise, contact HFP Customer Service at  1-800-336-6657. We will advise you on the most appropriate course of action.

HFP reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise for any reason at any time.
