Unopened remanufactured and compatible inkjet and toner cartridges may be returned within 60 days of shipping for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned to us in original, undamaged condition, accompanied by an RMA number (see below for instructions.)
Defective remanufactured and compatible inkjet and toner cartridges may be exchanged, either for the same item(s) or for different item(s) within 2 years of purchase.
• OEM (Orignial Equipment Manufacturer) Merchandise:
Unopened OEM merchandise may be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund. A restocking fee of up to $5.00 or 25% of the original purchase price (whichever is greater) may apply to certain returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned to us in original, undamaged condition, accompanied by an RMA number (see below for instructions.)
Defective OEM merchandise may be returned within 60 days of shipping for replacement only. Merchandise must be returned to us accompanied by an RMA number (see below for instructions.)
Important: You may return defective remanufactured cartridges with or without the packaging. However, we will not accept the return of cartridges whose labels have been removed.
