Please note, these are our standard delivery charges – your individual delivery charge will be presented at checkout each time you place an order. We’re aware our customers may be impacted by the current situation and so we have extended our returns policy to 60 days.

- Arrange a collection via our website – log in and click on ‘my account’ then ‘arrange a return’ and follow the instructions
- Telephone our Enquiry Line and follow the simple steps.
- Call the courier directly if their number was left with your parcel

Return your parcel through a national network of fully automated parcel lockers that are available 24/7. Simply print a label, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your preferred locker at a time that suits you.

Returns on Promotional Products3 for 2, buy one get one free etc
If you need to return any of the items bought through special promotions (e.g 3 for 2, buy 1 get 1 free etc) you must include all the items bought within that deal.

Return Receipts +Don’t forget your receipt!
However you return your item, please remember to obtain and keep a receipt. You will need to quote the unique reference code on your receipt if you have a query about your return. Please keep your receipt until you have received a credit for your return.
Terms & Conditions
We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt complete, unused, in their original packaging and with any security tags intact. This Returns Policy does not apply to some goods or may apply only if certain conditions are met. These goods are identified on the product page and any such conditions are set out there. If you return goods outside the scope of the Returns Policy and you have not exercised your legal right to cancel, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost or to accept their return subject to making a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from your handling of them and a charge to cover our processing cost. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
