Here at Jersey Plants Direct we are committed to providing you with a superior customer service and are confident that the upmost care and attention to detail has been taken in the processing, packing and delivery of your order to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition.

However should you not be entirely satisfied or should the goods you receive be damaged or defective please notify us within 28 days of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cancelling your order
Should you wish to cancel your order and you may do so at any time by contacting our customer service. Provided we have not already dipatched you order we will offer you a full refund. If we have already despatched your items, we unfortunately will not be able to stop the delivery process.
