Jewelry.com Return Policy
ewelry.com offers only the highest quality goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your jewelry item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund.
Please note that complete return instructions, return address, etc. are included on the packing slip you receive with your order.
To make a return, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by emailing us at service@jewelry.com . You will be notified by email within 48 hours with your RA#.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
