We want you to be completely satisfied with your Joie.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Joie.com will not accept orders or exchange any items that were purchased in Joie stores or other retailers.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. For swimwear items, please try on swimwear over undergarments for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM THAT I PURCHASED FROM JOIE.COM

We will take back any damaged/defective item that was purchased from joie.com for a refund. Please use the prepaid return label that was provided with the order to send the item back to us. If you no longer have the return label or did not receive one, please contact customer service and we will e-mail you a new one.

FRAGRANCE RETURN POLICY

Fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in the original box and cellophane packaging for a refund to be issued. We will be unable to accept back a fragrance that has been opened or used.

MAKING A RETURN

Mark the items on the invoice that you wish to return and include the appropriate return code to help us serve you better in the future. Include the invoice with your shipment. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box. Affix the pre-paid UPS return label to the box and drop it off at any UPS pick-up location.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Joie.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Joie.com does not offer any type of merchandise credit. For returns accepted, the original form of payment will be credited.

I LOST MY RETURN LABEL! HOW DO I GET ANOTHER ONE?

If you lost your return label or need a new one, please call customer service at (855) 830-5643 or e-mail service@joie.com and we will be happy to e-mail you another one. We are available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM EST excluding holidays.

WHERE’S MY REFUND?

Please allow 1 week for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center in Chino, CA, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT I RECEIVED FROM JOIE.COM?

Gifts that were purchased from Joie.com can only be refunded to the original method of payment (the purchaser’s payment method). Unfortunately, we do not offer merchandise or gift card credit at this time.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON

For orders placed between 11/15 and 1/15, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO A JOIE STORE?

Purchases made online can be returned at any Joie store. Joie will gladly ship the merchandise back to our online store for you and you will receive a full refund once it is received. For a list of our store, please visit the store page.
