If you are not 100% satisfied with your Smart Chair, we offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee!
To qualify for a return please note the following:
- Smart Chair must be clean, and put back in its original packaging.
- Smart Chair MUST be returned (shipped) within 60 days from when you receive it.
- You Must EMAIL RETURNS@KDSMARTCHAIR.COM to obtain a return authorization number.
- Any Damages while in your possession will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.
A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on ALL RETURNS of the Smart Chair.
Replacement parts can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original packaging. A restocking fee will not be assessed on returns of replacement parts, as long as they are still sealed in the original packaging and have never been used.
If you have met the above requirements for a return, you will need to obtain a return authorization number and a return address.
