Kendra Scott Return Policy
Kendra Scott Design, Inc. provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only). A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Kendra Scott Design, Inc. within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.
**Please note that custom pieces created on the Color Bar™ are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales from the Color Bar™ are considered final.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
