How do I return my rental for the due date?
To return your Knetbooks.com rental for your due date:
1. Sign in to your Knetbooks.com account.
2. Choose “Manage Rentals/Returns”.
3. Select the “Return for Free” button.
4. Next, select the “Ship for Free” box associated with your rental.
5. Click the “Print Label & Complete Return” button to generate and print your packing slip and prepaid shipping label.
6. Place the packing slip inside the box and affix the prepaid shipped label to the outside of the box.
7. Take the package to a UPS store to be shipped back to our warehouse by the due date. We do not recommend using a UPS drop box as these may not regularly be picked up.
Note: You agree that you are responsible for remembering the rental return date and returning the rental to us within the time frame specified. To avoid additional charges, your return shipments must be scanned and actively en route within the UPS package tracking system by the rental return date.
How do I return a rental for a refund?
To return your Knetbooks.com rental for a refund:
1. Sign in to your Knetbooks.com account.
2. Choose “Manage Rentals/Returns”.
3. Select the “Return for a Refund” button.
4. Select a reason for your return and then click “Print Label & Complete Return”.
To be eligible for a refund your book must be received in our facility within 25 days from the original ship date. For short-term rentals, items must be received in our facility within 15 days of the ship date. A refund will be posted to your original method of payment once your return is received and processed. Please note, it may take 3-5 business days after your return has been processed for the refund to be posted to your account.
Select the quantity you want to return and the reason for your return. See the “Return Total” for the total amount you should expect to be refunded. This amount is your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and the original and return shipping costs. Select the orange “Print Label and Complete Return” box.
