We thrive to make returning an order as easy as possible for our clients. We offer free returns on all LaPerla.com purchases.

Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery for all full price items provided that return conditions specified below are met.
Items purchased with a discount or during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We advise that you check your order upon receipt. If there is an issue, please contact our customer service team. We cannot accept returns 60 days after you have received the items.

Store Return Policy

For items purchased inside of our operated boutiques, merchandise may be exchanged within 60 days of purchase for store credit. Store credit is valid for one year  in all La Perla boutiques for the country it was issued in, except for the online boutique.

 

Returning an order

Log in and create a return

1. Create a Return Request

Log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’.
Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.

For guest users, go to laperla.com/returns.

2. Receive Return Documents

Our customer service team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive via email the documents needed to proceed with the return: FedEx return label and a Pro-Forma Return Invoice.

3. Prepare Return Package

Carefully fold the items with all tags attached.

Insert the Pro-Forma Return Invoice with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. All the return labels (5 pages) should be printed and placed in a plastic sleeve, provided at the FedEx drop off, with label 1 (destination in bold letters) at the top. Seal securely and attach the FedEx return label received to the outside of the box.

4. Ship your Return

Find your nearest a drop off point and bring your return to any of FedEx’s convenient locations

  • LaPerla.com accepts returns of unused items by mail within 60 days from the date of reception.
  • Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.
  • The following items will NOT be accepted:
    • Incomplete sets, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything La Perla reasonably believes has been used.
    • Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact. Please note that only the swimsuits have the protective adhesive strip.
    • Any personalized or monogrammed items.
    • Items purchased with a discount or during seasonal sale periods. These are final sale.
    • Returns that do not comply with the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.

A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method. Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original payment method that was used.

La Perla reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
