Lookbook Store Return Policy
Lookbook Store gladly accepts returns:
- of unworn (without any perfume, cigarette, or other odors)
- unwashed
- undamaged items, in good condition for resale; or
- defective merchandise for exchange or refund within 60 days after you receive your package.
on the website, in which case we will cover your return shipping costs.
Intimates and swimwear are NOT RETURNABLE.
How do I return an item?
Please check the following process:
Contact our Customer Care for any return.
We will send you a return address and return card.
Please put the return card with your return package.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your return package and provide you with an appropriate solution.
Our Customer Care will communicate with you to solve your problem.
You need to print out the return card and fill it out.
Please fill out the return card writing as clearly as possible or fill it out on your computer before printing it out to better enable us to process your return.
It normally takes 20-30 days for us to receive your package. We will contact you immediately upon receipt of your return package.
