Loren Hope Return Policy
Items purchased at full price and returned within 7 days of receipt by customer will be issued a refund to the original method of payment. If you would like us to send you a return label, please contact customerservice@lorenhope.com and provide your order number. In this instance, a flat rate of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
Items returned between 8-15 days after receipt by customer will be eligible for store credit only. When your return is processed, you will be sent a store credit via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. If you are returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct e-mail address for the store credit.
Returns after 15 days will NOT be accepted and merchandise will be sent back to
customer.
