Luxury Perfume Return Policy
At LuxuryPerfume.com we understand the importance of happy customers, and that’s why your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% SATISFIED with your purchase, you can return it back to us.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
- You must contact Customer service first and include with the returning package, the authorizing employee name and any other details given by a Luxury Perfume Employee.
- Please note that a 20% restocking fee plus S&H will be assessed to all open/used products that are returned, unless the return is due to company error.
Original Orders Over $75: Merchandise returned in full or partial will be assessed a shipping charge of the original ship amount, unless the total cost of non-returned items remains over $75.
Discounts/Coupons: The amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.
Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please call us at 1 877.723.6852 or Email: service@luxuryperfume.com, within 72 hours of receipt to submit a claim.
Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if canceled prior to order fulfillment.
Refused Items: A 20% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed accordingly.
Returned to Sender: The S&H fee of the order will be assessed unless it was a mistake made by the shipping carrier.
Missed Scheduled Delivery: A redelivery fee, of the ship amount may apply if reshipping is requested.
International Package Returns: A 20% restocking fee and any additional S&H will be assessed accordingly.
