WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Your first pair of underwear, socks, or bralettes is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
For all subsequent purchases, returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the product as long as it is in its original condition (meaning not tried on, worn, or washed).
For all other products, (excluding our all sales final, non-refundable Mystery Packs) returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order if items are in the original condition you received them with any attached packaging intact.
Submit a return request and include your order number to start the process.
Retail returns and exchanges purchased at the Century City Mall are handled in-store only.
For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage. For all international orders, including Canadian orders, return postage is not provided.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE AT THE MEUNDIES CENTURY CITY RETAIL STORE?
For items purchased at our MeUndies Century City retail store, please head back to that MeUndies location and we’ll be more than happy to exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items outside of the first (1) pair 100% satisfaction guarantee must be unworn, unwashed condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
For purchases made online, please submit a request and include your order number to start the return process.

We’ll happily provide a full refund or exchange within 90 days for your first pair of: undies, socks and bralette. No questions asked! Please submit a request to start the process.
Please note: The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to your first single pair (1) of undies, socks and bralettes.
Order a pack or multiple items in your first order?
No problem as long as you try on just one! That first one is yours to try, wear, jump around, do whatever you to see if it’s right you and then keep it regardless. We’ll grant a refund or exchange for your first single pair (1) without needing to send it back. The remaining items in your order may be returned to us as long as they are not tried on, worn or washed are not covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (with the exception of our all sales final, non-refundable Mystery Pack).
Still confused?
Say you ordered a 6-pack, tried on one pair, and realized you need a different size. Keep the one you tried on under our guarantee and reach out to us for an exchange. We’ll take back the other five (as long as they are not tried on, worn, or washed) and send six new ones in the size you need. Easy, right?
In addition, international shipping fees will not be refunded under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Yes, we know how much you love your Undies though unfortunately, we know all too well how your pet might enjoy eating them even more. Under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we are not able to replace undies consumed ripped or destroyed by your pet. If you haven’t used your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, chat with someone on the CheekSquad and we would be more than happy to get you a fresh pair.
