Which items can I return?
We stand behind our product 100%. Unless listed otherwise in the fine print of the deal (Item marked as Final Sale) all our items have a 30-day return/replacement policy. If you don’t love it you can return it for free, it’s that simple. We will pick up the tab for the return shipping.
How do I start the return process?
At MobStub, your satisfaction is the most important, so if you are unhappy with your product(s) for any reason, please contact us at support@mobstub.com within 30 days of placing the order to receive an RMA and return instructions.
To give you the best deals possible, we use a large variety of suppliers. As our items are shipped out from several different fulfillment centers across the USA please make sure you follow the return instructions for each individual item.
Please include the following information in your return request email:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- Reason for the return
You will be emailed a return shipping label to send your items back. Please make sure the correct items are sent with the correct label.
You will receive a full refund for items returned in the same condition they were received in. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase if the item is altered in anyway.
After 30 Days
Unfortunately, once 30 days has passed the item is no longer returnable.
My items are broken!
We are sorry for the inconvenience. For defective and damaged merchandise please notify us at support@mobstub.com within 15 days of receiving it and we will get a replacement sent out.
Is ANY item unreturnable?
Please note all undergarments, hosiery, bathing suits, bedding and makeup are final sale (once opened).
