We regret we are not able to issue refunds on personalized items.

Q: How do I return my order?

Our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to help you process a return/redesign. Returned items should be in new, unused, and unworn condition. Please include the following with your return to expedite the redesign: Note with your full name/address/phone/order #. Please wrap the package securely & mail it to the following address:
