What’s Mountain Hardwear’s Holiday Return Policy?
If you place an order on Mountainhardwear.com from Nov 1st – Dec 24th, we will accept returns through Jan. 31st. We have extended our returns period to allow for holiday gift recipients to return their items.
If you place an order and check the box indicating that it’s a gift, then any return received will not be credited back to your credit card. Instead, we’ll send a merchandise credit (to be used like a gift card) to the recipient of your gift so they can choose something else, courtesy of you!
Can I Exchange My Mountainhardwear.Com Purchase?
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item you will need to return the original item and call a Mountain Hardwear Representative at 1-877-927-5649. The Representative will place your exchange order with free Ground shipping. Your credit card will then be charged for the new product. Once your return is received and processed, your credit card will be credited for the original product price plus any applicable taxes.
Please note that original shipping, handling or other additional charges will not be refunded.

I like their collections. Almost all are seem in great quality and in current fashion trend. They should expand their line of product as one stop shop which is an advantage for clients.
