Ohtique Return Policy
Customer experience and satisfaction is really important to us at ohtique and that is why our Returns Policy is so simple.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, whether there is a fault or you’ve simply changed your mind, return it to us within 30 days and we will exchange or issue you a refund.
What’s even better is that you can do this completely FREE via our FREEPOST Returns address.
Simply:
- Print out our FREEPOST Returns form and fill in the appropriate details.
- Package up your unwanted purchase along with this delivery form.
- Peel off and attach the FREEPOST Returns sticker that was included on your original invoice on the package.
- Seal the package and take to your local Post Office.
All packages returns must be done by secure means. You must return the cancelled goods to us by secure means. We recommend that you obtain a free receipt from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Returns should be received within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so please allow time for postage.
Please note: All items must be returned unused in their original packaging with labels intact.
