Our Return Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Return authorization is required. Please email us at customer.service@perfumania.com or call (866) 557-2368 prior to shipping your package for your return authorization number.
If the return is a result of our error, your shipping costs will be refunded, as well.
Returns may be shipped either directly to the Perfumania.com warehouse at the address below, or brought in to any one of our Perfumania Retail locations across the United States. If retuning to a store location, please bring the order confirmation that you received when the order was placed. If returning to our warehouse, please include the following information with your return:
